The brief covers your business overview, your audience, your current brand assets (website, logo, social media links) and any specific concerns you want addressed. It takes around 20 minutes to complete and is your chance to flag anything you already suspect isn't working.

Step 2:
I review your brand across the Six Vs

Once your brief is received, I work through your brand systematically, scoring and assessing each of the Six Vs in the context of your specific sector and audience. I look at your website, your social media, your visual identity and your messaging, approaching it the way a potential client or referrer would on their very first encounter with your brand.

Step 3: Receive your written audit document

Your audit is delivered by email within 7 business days of receiving your completed brief. It includes your scores across each of the Six Vs, specific findings for each area and a prioritised list of recommendations so you know exactly what to work on and in what order. No overwhelm, no jargon, just a clear, actionable picture of where to focus.

What happens after the audit?

The audit is a complete, standalone piece of work. You can take the recommendations and act on them yourself, with your own designer or through any other support you choose. There's no obligation to work with Lilaco Designs beyond the audit.

  • Absolutely. The Brand Clarity Audit is delivered entirely online, I review your website and digital brand presence and deliver the written document by email. Location makes no difference. We work with psychology, NDIS and allied health businesses right across Australia.

So if you decide to move forward, you're not paying for the audit on top of the project, it becomes part of your total investment.
