We work from a home office, located in Mackay, Queensland. We work flexible hours and can meet a time and lcoation that is suitable for you.

Can we talk first?

Yes, and Yes! I thoroughly believe that good business relationships begin with meeting face to face (if that’s possible) and I always have an obligation free first consultation. We can meet up for coffee or I can come to your workplace.

What happens if I don’t like the logo design concepts you deliver?

Each branding project will start with a design brief, this includes subjects such as your market, competition, overall design and styling your looking to achieve. Once we get this information together this is a great starting point for nailing the design brief. I also offer our "Love your Logo Guarantee" which includes unlimited revisions, full copyright and all files supplied on final payment of design services. We will work with you until you are 100% happy with your design at no extra cost (unless it is outside the agreed brief)

How much do you charge?

The information provided on our website outlined is a base only, the design brief will provide more indepth detail into the amount of time the project will need for the scope of work to be delivered. We endeavour to keep our prices competitive, however if you are working on a budget please give us a call as we may be able to discuss an alternate package.

Can’t you just tell me your hourly rate?

I generally quote project to project. Each business has different needs and objectives and therefore it isn’t feasible to provide a one fits all pricing. There are many designers out there and I encourage you to shop around and attain quotes, however do keep in mind that a ‘cheaper’ designer may charge half my rate, but take twice as many hours as I would.

Do you have a portfolio?

Please check our our portfolio for logos and graphic design that we have completed. We also update a great deal of content on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

 

Why should I choose you over a design or branding agency?

I work as a freelance graphic designer, my reason for this, is that I enjoy working one on one with clients to ensure every stage of the process is met. You will work directly with me and can be assured that everything is designed by me. Due to me working from home, my pricing is much lower that design agencies, however I do have the skills and qualifications to deliver quality products and services.

Do you do Charity work?

I do offer a limited amount of charity work per year. Each charity has different needs and this can be discussed per each project. Please give me a call to discuss your charity events.
